The Embroidery Training Series was a 6-part training series I developed to cross train my softgoods team on our ZSK embroidery machine and the various integration techniques.
The first slide shows the introductory paperwork I provided to the participants that outlines the training series details and objectives for learning.
The second slide is the lesson plan I created for the fifth lesson in the series. The 5th lesson was focused on integrating conductive yarn and electrical parts onto fabric, and so started out with teaching the basics of electrical circuits.
The third slide is a handout highlighting tips and process flows for wire laydown using our embroidery machines.
